• 12 months for hardware devices from the date of purchase • 1-to-1 replacement policy if the defect is from the manufacturer

• Product is still within warranty period • Defect arises from hardware or sensors, not caused by user • Ring is not dented, cracked, or water damaged (beyond declared water resistance level) • Warranty sticker or serial number is intact

• Inner city Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 business days • Other provinces: 3–5 business days
