- Preparation/packing time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
- Domestic delivery: 1-5 days (inner city 1-2 days, other provinces 3-5 days)
- International delivery: 7-15 days

4. Multiple delivery addresses
We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
5. PO Box / APO / FPO addresses
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
6. VAT, duties, and customs fees
International shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). H-Core does not pre-collect VAT, import taxes, or customs duties.
